A non refundable deposit/voucher is required when booking an appointment.Depending on the appointment a 50% deposit maybe required or a $25-$35. The deposit will go toward services you have schedule. If you are booking more than one service you will need to have a valid credit card on file in-addition to your deposit. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hrs before your services 50% of the amount due will be charged to your credit card. No-Show will be charged the full amount of service fees.
Effective May 2019 evenings, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday requires a 48hr notice. When you receive the email confirmation email please confirm or cancel your appointment. Appointment not cancelled in the appropriate time frame will be charged 50% of the total service fee. Appointments Monday- Wednesday requires a 24hr cancellation notice otherwise you will be charged 50% of the amount due will be charged to your credit card or deposited. No-Show will be charged 100% of service fees.
Late Policy-If you are late/ arrive directly at the time of your scheduled appointment. Your allotted time will still start at the original scheduled time. The remaining time will be for consultation and treatment.Please arrive 10-12 minutes before your appointment to ensure time for restroom, consultation, and dressing. Please arrive early so that you can receive your full treatment time. Example you have an appointment for an 11am service you arrive come to the entrance at 10:59, your treatment time will start at 11am and end all total service at 12pm if you are scheduled for a one hour service.
